Super-app LLM Chatbot

Deployed a production LLM chatbot for a 50+ service super-app, driving +20% engagement.

Built with LangChain, LlamaIndex and a fine-tuned Llama model. Implemented retrieval with hybrid search over service catalogs and FAQs; orchestrated tools for ordering/navigation. CI/CD on AWS (Docker, Jenkins). Measured impact via funnel metrics (+20% engagement).
